UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

UniFin is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our visionary team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our fintech solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, attractive, and pioneering in design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user interfaces for our financial platforms, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• A portfolio that demonstrates a track record of UI/UX design in web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Degree in design, interaction design, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate your design decisions.
